Legacy
One of contemporary Poland's notable fantasy writers. He is especially acclaimed for the Pan Lodowego Ogrodu series; several of his works have been included in major Polish fantasy collections.
Trivia
- First published a short story in 1982.
- Co-founded the magazine Fenix in 1990 and served as its chief editor from 1993 to 2001.
- Won the Janusz A. Zajdel Award in 2006 and 2007 (in 2006 he won in both novel and short story categories).
- Was married to fantasy writer Maja Lidia Kossakowska until her death in 2022.
- Five of his books were included in the 'Mistrzowie Polskiej Fantastyki' collection in 2018.
