Shraddhakar Supakar was a lawyer, politician, social activist and writer from Odisha who contributed to regional politics and education. He served in the State Assembly, Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha, was involved with educational institutions, and advocated civil liberties (notably chairing the Reception Committee for the All India Civil Liberties Conference in Cuttack in 1954).
