説明
The Carol Bolt Award is an annual Canadian award hosted by Playwrights Guild of Canada (PGC). It is awarded to the best play judged from stage premieres by PGC members that year. The award is named in memory of playwright Carol Bolt. The recipient list has continued since 2002, with awards suspended in 2021 and 2022 due to COVID-19. Announcements are made via PGC's official announcements, press releases, and sometimes in conjunction with PGC's annual awards such as the Tom Hendry Awards.
