Description

The Outstanding Latino/a Cultural Award in Literary Arts or Publications is hosted by the American Association of Hispanics in Higher Education (AAHHE) and sponsored by AT&T. It is awarded annually to Latino/a individuals who have made significant contributions to the Hispanic community and the understanding of its culture through fiction, nonfiction, newspaper editing, etc. Nominations are open to the public, winners are selected by the AAHHE Board of Directors' selection committee, and honored at the AAHHE Annual National Conference.
