The Digital Book World Publishing Innovation Award recognizes technical and expressive innovations in the field of e-books and digital publishing. It was announced in 2010, with the first winners announced on January 24, 2011. Categories include fiction, nonfiction, children's books, reference materials, comics, and more, with one dedicated judge per category selecting the winner from 3 finalists.
