Description
Yuva Puraskar (Meitei language category) is an award presented annually by Sahitya Akademi to young writers aged 35 or younger as of January 1 of the award year, for outstanding literary works written in Meitei (Manipuri) language. Established in 2011, Yuva Puraskar is awarded in multiple languages. The prize includes cash of 50,000 rupees and an engraved copper plaque.
