Reviews

  • Beautiful!

Absolutely a beautiful book. Have patience with the first chapter which is written in a different style. A real page-turner!

  • perma Red

A good yarn but it gets a little bit confusing at times , i found it a bit hard to follow , but still enjoyed it.

  • Not my cup of tea!

I just got bored. Gave up after 33% of the way through the novel. It is undoubtedly well written but descriptions went on and on. I found myself skipping paragraphs to get to the point.

  • Important and rewarding

A story nothing short of momentous that captures the essence of human courage, written by a true master of the language. Memorable and deeply satisfying.

  • Writing Astonishes

Once I started reading this book, I could not put it down. Literally read it through the night until finished with it at sun up. It is beautifully written, full of humanity, and the imagery conjured is at times miraculous. Fantastic story conveyed with soul! Loved it!
