レビュー
-
Every essay in Crossing Ocean Parkway rings true. Each one made me think of my own experiences in Brooklyn so long ago. The author's insights in reference to culture and expectations are right on the mark. I especially enjoyed the title essay. I also liked "The Godfather" and "Crossing Back." When I had completed the book, I felt as though I had crossed back to a time and place that I cherish.
