Stories of Filipinos in America
A bit underrated, undeservedly, among Filipino writers in English, Bienvenido Santos in this collection has a low-key but confident narrative voice, deceptively simple and almost refreshingly understated. Beautiful stories about people who happen to be no longer where they may have started.

Excellent Read!
I think that it's enough to say that I will be looking for more work from this author. His writing is excellent and thought-provoking.
