Legacy
Doris Graber was a pioneer in political communication research and founding editor of the journal Political Communication. Her work on media effects and citizen information processing shaped the field; she received honors including the Goldsmith Book Prize. The APSA Political Communication Section established the Doris Graber Book Award in her name.
