Description
The Isidora Sekulić Award is a Serbian (former Yugoslavia) literary award established in 1967 by Belgrade (Savski Venac municipality) and awarded almost annually since 1968 to honor the best work of modern Serbian literature from the previous year. In the initial approximately 10 years after its founding, there were multiple winners within the year, but since 1979, in principle, one winner per year. As of the time of the article, the total number of winners is 74 (63 men, 11 women).
