1990 Short storyA short story inspired by Colombian goalkeeper René Higuita; the protagonist, a priest modeled on Higuita, abandons conventions and rescues a tribal girl from traffickers. The story explores modern uncertainties and moral ambiguities and is regarded as one of the notable Malayalam stories of its time.

Lanthan Batheriyile Luthiniyakal
