Description
Oceanos (formerly: Portugal Telecom Prize for Literature) is a Brazilian literary award established by Portugal Telecom in 2003. From 2007 onward, it has included works from Portuguese-speaking countries outside Brazil. Following the acquisition of Portugal Telecom in 2014, Itaú Cultural became the sponsor from 2015, and the name was changed to Oceanos. Awarded annually, it holds an important position in Portuguese-language literature.
