Description

The Premanand Suvarna Chandrak (Premanand Gold Medal) is a literary honour instituted in 1983 and awarded by the Premanand Sahitya Bhavan of Vadodara to recognize and promote excellence in Gujarati writing. It is usually awarded every two years, though sometimes annually, to established Gujarati writers, in memory of the poet Premanand Bhatt.
